At Phuran Philanthropic, we understand that providing the best grant assurance services in the industry, is only part of the equation. We strive to provide personal and immediate attention for our clients, and we are dedicated to being diligent and responsive in addressing your questions, concerns or needs.

CLIENT LOG-IN (SECURE WEB PORTAL)
To check the status of a grant, funding proposal, or compliance report, please log into your Client Portal Account, above. Client Accounts, Status Reports, and Document Banks are updated twice daily, Monday through Saturday, at 10:00am and 7:00pm U.S. Central Time (GMT+7). CLIENT PRIVACY
Phuran Philanthropic understands the value that our clients place on their privacy, and their need to conduct the grant review process without unnecessary external inquiries or impediments. Phuran Philanthropic provides an unparalleled level of privacy and confidentially for our clients, by ensuring that our client lists and their associated projects remain strictly confidential, and are never listed, shared, discussed outside the framework of immediate business needs, or published anywhere in the public domain.
All Phuran Philanthropic employees, researchers, and consultants, regardless of their operating location or country, must complete an 8-hour course specifically dedicated to our company’s privacy policies and client confidentiality polices, and all must sign and adhere to strict, and actively enforced non-disclosure and non-compete clauses.

If you represent a grant applicant, recipient organization, or have questions or concerns related to your pre-award case or compliance review, please contact your case manager, or Amy Nguyen at 800-237-9744, Ext. 310, Monday through Thursday, 9:30am and 5:00pm U.S. Central Time (GMT+7).
